We are pleased to announce a brand new class called “Heartfelt
Healing: Repatterning for Emotional Issues.”
In this class you will learn how to
effectively use kinesiology to track down and alleviate long standing emotional
roadblocks like fear of speaking in public and test anxiety. We will
also address changing speech patterns to help you get the behavior you want with
“Language for a Change” and give you some help in dealing with “Automatic
Negative Thoughts” that plague so many of us. We will offer many suggestions on
how to help children calm down and ask the question "How Full is Your Bucket?"
to help you find positive solutions to difficult problems. This class will
be taught in conjunction with a Sparker Class and in the context of
Repatterning.
We will
teach theory on each subject, model what we have taught and then offer an
opportunity to practice what was taught. There will be lots
of time for questions.
