We are so
excited to announce a brand new class called “Heartfelt
Healing: Repatterning for Emotional Issues.”
This is an eight hour class
and we will teach this in the context of our Christian faith so the teaching on
Biblical principles related to TBIT will be included. (Bring your Bible!)
You
will learn how to effectively track down and alleviate long standing emotional
roadblocks like fear of speaking in public and test anxiety. We will also
address changing speech to get the behavior you want with “Language for a Change” and give you some
help in dealing with “Automatic Negative Thoughts” that plague so many of us.
We will offer many suggestions on how to help children calm down and ask the
question "How Full is Your Bucket?"
We will
teach theory on each subject, model what we have taught and then offer an
opportunity to practice what was taught. We will review the info from the
Sparker Class and also give you a longer Repatterning form. There will be lots
of time for Questions. Cindy Adams will also talk to us about Brain Integration and Nutrition
